Missing Product Disclaimer:

Customers will have 7 business days from time of receiving their package to notify Precision Press and Label about any missing items.  Precision Press and Label’s goal is to make sure that every customer is satisfied every time.  We will do everything to expedite delivery of any missing item within the given time frame.

In order to qualify for a refund the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be returned in original packaging and be in re-sale able condition
  • Product returned, inspected, and found to be without defect will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the order (or $10.00 whichever is greater including the freight charge of the return.

If the wrong item was shipped, or there is a manufacturing defect the product will be picked up.

Once the product is received back it will be inspected.  If the inspection report corresponds to the reason for return a refund will be issued to your credit card or you can choose to have a replacement sent.

Please note, replacements will only be sent out after items are received back and inspection is completed.  We recommend you reorder items that are needed immediately.
